Auto Apply Jobs in India: 10 Best AI Tools Compared (2026)

If you have applied to 200 jobs and heard back from five, an auto apply tool sounds like the obvious fix: let software send 50 applications a day while you sleep. Some of these tools are genuinely useful. Some are form-filling extensions sold as “AI agents”. A couple will take a year’s payment upfront before you find out whether they even work on the job boards Indian employers use.
We compared 10 auto apply jobs tools on what matters for a job search in India: real pricing converted to rupees, whether they work on Naukri, whether they actually submit applications or only fill in forms, and the catches buried in the fine print.
Full disclosure: we run TrySideDoor, a done-for-you outreach service for job seekers. We are not an auto-apply tool, so we have kept ourselves out of the ranked list and explained our approach in a separate section near the end. Everything below comes from each tool’s own pricing page and public reviews as of October 2026. Prices change often, so check before you pay. Dollar prices are converted at roughly ₹96 to the dollar.
TL;DR: the best auto apply tool for each situation
If you want | Pick | Starting price | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
Hands-off volume on company career pages | JobCopilot | From $0.93 a day | Applies to up to 50 jobs a day on its top plan |
A genuinely free way to start | LoopCV | Free, paid from €9.99 a month | Free plan that actually auto-applies, no card needed |
Faster manual applying at zero cost | Simplify | Free | Unlimited autofill across 100+ applicant tracking systems |
An India-built tool that supports Naukri | Fillix | Free plan available | Auto-applies on LinkedIn and Naukri |
Strong resume and cover letter writing | AIApply | About $29 a month, auto-apply extra | Best writing suite here, auto-apply sold separately |
The lowest cost per application | LazyApply | $99 a year (about ₹9,500) | Up to 1,500 applications a day on the top plan |
Replies from hiring managers, not more applications | TrySideDoor | ₹3,999 a month | Emails the actual hiring manager from your own inbox |
Auto-apply, autofill and done-for-you: know what you are buying
Most “AI job application” tools fall into one of three buckets, and the landing pages rarely tell you which.
Type | What it does | Who clicks submit | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
Auto-apply | Finds matching jobs and submits applications for you through job boards or company career pages | The tool | JobCopilot, LoopCV, LazyApply, Sonara, Fillix |
Autofill | A browser extension that fills form fields from your saved profile | You | Simplify, Careerflow, Jobright (mostly) |
Done-for-you outreach | Skips the application queue and contacts the hiring manager directly | The service, from your own email | TrySideDoor |
Autofill saves typing. Auto-apply saves clicking. Neither changes where your application ends up: the same applicant tracking system (ATS) queue as everyone else’s. Keep that in mind the next time a landing page promises “3x more interviews”.
The full comparison

LoopCV | Auto-apply | Yes | €9.99 a month | Capped by plan | Not listed |
LazyApply | Auto-apply | No | $99 a year (about ₹9,500), annual only | 15 to 1,500 a day | Not listed |
Jobright | Matching plus assisted applying | Yes, 2 credits a day | $39.99 a month (about ₹3,840) | Assisted | Not listed |
AIApply | Writing suite plus auto-apply add-on | Limited | Auto-apply from $49 a month (about ₹4,700) | 100 to 250 a month | Not listed |
Simplify | Autofill | Yes | Simplify+ $39.99 a month (about ₹3,840) | You submit | Not listed |
Careerflow | Autofill plus career toolkit | Yes | $23.99 a month (about ₹2,300) | You submit | Not listed |
Sonara | Auto-apply | $2.95 trial | $23.95 every 4 weeks (about ₹2,300) | Background auto-apply | Not listed |
Fillix | Auto-apply extension | Yes | Paid upgrade | Extension-based | Yes |
NxtJob | AI career platform plus coaching | Yes, trial credits | ₹74,999 + GST, one-time | You apply and send | Not applicable |
“Not listed” means the tool does not advertise Naukri support. Most global auto-apply tools are built around US and European job boards, which matters if most of the roles you want are posted on Naukri.
The 10 tools, reviewed
1. JobCopilot
Best for: applications going out every day without you touching anything.
JobCopilot is a cloud agent rather than a browser extension. You set up your profile once, and its “copilots” search company career pages (it claims more than 500,000 companies) and submit applications on your behalf daily.
Key features
Up to 20 job matches a day on Premium; up to 50 a day across 3 separate copilots on Elite
Elite adds resume tailoring for every application and credits to contact hiring managers
A “save for review” mode if you want to approve each application before it is sent
AI resume builder, cover letter builder, mock interviews and an application tracker
Pricing: shown as from $0.93 a day (Premium) and $1.05 a day (Elite), with weekly, monthly and quarterly billing. There is no free plan. Reviewers report actual monthly charges anywhere from about $20 to $56 depending on the plan and billing period, so go by the checkout screen, not the per-day number.
Watch out for: several reviewers report friction when cancelling auto-renewal. Turn it off a few days before your billing date.
2. LoopCV
Best for: trying auto-apply without paying anything.
LoopCV runs “loops”: saved searches that repeat daily and either apply automatically or queue matches for you to approve. It is one of the very few auto-apply tools with a real free plan.
Key features
Free plan with auto-apply, no credit card required
Paid plans cover around 20 job boards; the free plan covers 3
Can also email recruiters and HR contacts on your behalf
CV checker, a CV builder for multiple versions, A/B testing of CV variants and application analytics
Pricing: free forever plan. Paid plans start from €9.99 a month according to LoopCV’s own pricing page, though some third-party trackers list tiers closer to $19.99 and $59.99 a month.
Watch out for: board coverage leans towards US and European platforms. Check that your target boards are supported before you upgrade.
3. LazyApply
Best for: maximum volume at the lowest cost per application.
LazyApply is a Chrome extension (it calls its engine “Job GPT”) that fills and submits applications on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Greenhouse and Dice.
Key features
Basic: 15 applications a day with 1 resume profile
Premium: 150 applications a day with 5 resume profiles
Ultimate: 1,500 applications a day
Resume builder and basic analytics
Pricing: annual plans only, paid upfront. Basic is $99 a year (about ₹9,500), Premium $149 a year (about ₹14,300) and Ultimate $999 a year (about ₹95,900). There is no free plan or free trial; a 30-day money-back guarantee is listed.
Watch out for: reviews are mixed, with recurring complaints about failed form fills and refund handling. It also relies heavily on automating LinkedIn Easy Apply, which carries account risk (more on that below).
4. Jobright
Best for: AI job matching and discovery, with help applying.
Jobright is an AI job search copilot. It scores how well each job matches your resume, tailors your resume per role, and helps you apply through a Chrome autofill extension and an “AI Agent”.
Key features
A match score for every role, drawn from a database it says holds more than 8 million listings
AI resume tailoring and cover letters
“Insider Connections”, which surfaces people at the company, including alumni, for referrals
Orion, an AI copilot for interview prep and career questions
Pricing: free plan with 2 credits a day. Turbo costs $39.99 a month (about ₹3,840), $17.99 a week (about ₹1,730) or $89.99 a quarter (about ₹8,640), up from $29.99 a month earlier in 2026. There is no public pricing page; you see prices only after signing up.
Watch out for: several 2026 reviews describe the AI Agent as assisted applying rather than full autopilot, often handing you off to finish on the company’s site. Its listings are built mainly around the US market.
5. AIApply
Best for: strong application writing, with auto-apply as an optional extra.
AIApply started as a writing suite and added auto-apply later. That history shows in the pricing: the writing tools and the applying are sold separately.
Key features
AI resume builder and cover letter generator, plus translations
Interview Buddy for interview practice
Auto Apply, where 1 credit equals 1 submitted application and credits do not expire
Pricing: the Pro writing plan is around $29 a month (about ₹2,780), or roughly $12 a month billed annually. Auto-apply costs extra: reported plans start at $49 a month for 100 applications (about ₹4,700) and $99 a month for 250 (about ₹9,500).
Watch out for: budget for both parts. Serious auto-apply use costs well above the headline subscription.
6. Simplify
Best for: applying manually, much faster, for free.
Simplify’s Copilot extension is the most popular autofill tool in this category, with more than 1.5 million users and a 4.9 rating on the Chrome Web Store. It fills application forms from one saved profile, logs every application automatically and suggests matching jobs.
Key features
Free, unlimited autofill across 100+ applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday
Automatic application tracker and job matches
Simplify+ adds AI resume tailoring, cover letters and answers to essay-style questions
Pricing: core features are free, no card needed. Simplify+ is $19.99 a week (about ₹1,920), $39.99 a month (about ₹3,840) or $89.99 for 3 months, with no free trial.
Watch out for: it never submits for you. It is autofill, not auto-apply. Independent tests also found it noticeably more reliable on Greenhouse and Lever than on Workday or Taleo.
7. Careerflow
Best for: getting your resume and LinkedIn profile into shape before you apply anywhere.
Careerflow is a job search toolkit rather than an auto-apply engine.
Key features
LinkedIn profile optimiser, plus AI headline, About section and post generators
AI resume builder with ATS keyword and skill-match scoring
Job tracker and a Chrome extension with application autofill
AI mock interview simulator on Premium Plus
Pricing: free Basic plan. Premium is $23.99 a month (about ₹2,300), or about $14.41 a month billed yearly. Premium Plus is $44.99 a month (about ₹4,320).
Watch out for: you still submit every application yourself.
8. Sonara
Best for: low-cost background auto-apply, if you are comfortable with its history.
Sonara was one of the first well-known auto-apply services. The original company shut down on 1 February 2024 after failing to raise funding, cutting users off from their application queues mid-search. BOLD, the company behind Zety and LiveCareer, later acquired the brand and relaunched it.
Key features
Upload your resume, set preferences, and it finds and applies to matched jobs in the background
Built around US job boards
Pricing: reported at a $2.95 trial (about ₹280), then $23.95 every 4 weeks (about ₹2,300) or $71.40 a year (about ₹6,850).
Watch out for: according to reviews of its current terms, the trial converts to a paid plan at your renewal date or before your 11th application, whichever comes first. Read the terms before you start.
9. Fillix
Best for: job seekers in India who apply mainly through Naukri and LinkedIn.
Fillix is an India-built Chrome extension, which makes it one of the few tools on this list that targets Naukri directly.
Key features
Auto-applies on LinkedIn (including Easy Apply), Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, Wellfound and 20+ other platforms
AI form filling and automatic resume upload
Job matching and an application tracking dashboard
Pricing: free plan available, with a paid upgrade.
Watch out for: it is a newer, smaller product than the global tools above, and like any tool that automates LinkedIn Easy Apply, it carries account risk.
10. NxtJob
Best for: senior professionals who want a structured, coached job search and have a large budget for it.
NxtJob is an Indian AI career platform, not an auto-apply tool. Its assistant, Nova, coordinates nine AI agents that cover the whole search, and its higher plans add human coaching.
Key features
Hunter scans more than 4 million company career pages for roles
Tailor optimises your resume for each role
Networker finds the right people and drafts outreach, which you then send yourself
Agents for LinkedIn posts (three a week), “Win Project” decks for decision makers, mock interviews and salary negotiation scripts
Pricing: a free trial with limited credits, plus a ₹199 two-day bootcamp. Paid plans are one-time fees that never auto-renew: Nova costs ₹74,999 + 18% GST (about ₹88,500 in total) for a year; Job Force One costs ₹1,49,999 + GST and adds 90 days of coaching with your resume, LinkedIn profile and outreach sequences done for you; Sw!tch costs ₹2,99,999 + GST and is for leaders with 15+ years of experience.
Watch out for: at ₹74,999 + GST, its cheapest paid plan is the highest entry price on this list by a wide margin, and on that plan you still run the search and send the outreach yourself.
Does auto-apply actually work?
Auto-apply tools are good at one thing: volume. Whether that volume turns into interviews depends on where the applications land and where you are in your career.
Your application still goes into the same queue. Auto-apply submits through the same job boards and career-page forms everyone else uses. A popular posting can attract hundreds of applications, and an ATS ranks them before a recruiter reads any. Sending one resume to 50 roles a day does not move you up the pile; it puts you in 50 piles.
Relevance drops as volume rises. Most auto-apply tools match on job titles and keywords. Turn the dial up to 50 a day and you will apply to roles that are a weak fit, along with listings that are expired or were never going to be filled.
Your LinkedIn account is at risk. LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits bots and other automated activity on the platform. Tools that automate Easy Apply at high volume can get accounts restricted, and for a mid-career professional, a healthy LinkedIn profile is worth more than any tool.
Mid-career hiring runs on people. For entry-level roles with standard applications, volume can work. For mid-career and senior roles, a large share of hires come through referrals and direct conversations with the hiring manager, and no form submission replaces that.
So auto-apply is a reasonable way to cover the long tail of openings. It is a poor substitute for getting in front of the person who makes the decision.
If auto-apply is not getting you replies: the TrySideDoor approach
This is where we come in, and it is a different category of product, not an 11th auto-apply tool.
TrySideDoor does not submit applications at all. For each relevant open role, we find the actual hiring manager and email them directly, from your own email account, so it reads as you reaching out personally.
Auto-apply tools | TrySideDoor | |
|---|---|---|
Where your profile goes | The ATS queue | The hiring manager’s inbox |
Sent from | The job board or the tool | Your own email account |
Volume | 15 to 1,500 applications a day | 200 matched roles a month |
Personalisation | Same resume, sometimes tailored | Each email written around the role and your background |
Your job | Set filters and monitor | Approve your target list and reply to responses |
Guarantee | Varies, often none | No reply from a hiring manager in 21 days and that month is free |
How it works
We match live openings against your resume and target roles, about 200 a month
For each role, we find the hiring manager, not a generic HR inbox
We send personalised outreach from your own email at a human pace, to protect your sender reputation
Outreach usually starts within 24 to 48 hours of onboarding and approving your target list
If you would rather write these emails yourself, start with our guide to job application email subject lines that get opened.
What it looks like in practice
One job seeker got 16 replies and 3 interviews within a couple of weeks
Another received a message from HR scheduling an interview with the company’s VP of Technology
A senior candidate with 25+ years of experience, who had been getting nowhere on job boards, started receiving a steady stream of replies
Pricing: ₹3,999 a month. If you do not get a single reply from a hiring manager within 21 days, you do not pay for that month.
The honest trade-off: it costs more than most auto-apply subscriptions, it sends far fewer messages, and nobody can guarantee you a job. What we do guarantee is that your profile reaches a real decision maker instead of an ATS queue.
How to choose
Your situation | Start with |
|---|---|
Fresher or entry-level, applying to standard roles | Simplify (free) plus LoopCV’s free plan |
Most of your target roles are on Naukri | Fillix |
You want hands-off volume and can keep an eye on quality | JobCopilot |
Your resume needs work before you apply anywhere | Careerflow, or AIApply’s writing tools |
Mid-career, 100+ applications sent, almost no replies | TrySideDoor: we email the hiring manager directly from your inbox, ₹3,999 a month, month free if no reply in 21 days |
You want interviews, not more applications | |
Senior leader with a large budget who wants coaching | NxtJob if you want coaching (from ₹74,999 + GST), or TrySideDoor if you want the outreach done for you at ₹3,999 a month |
Whatever you choose, start on a free plan or the shortest billing period, check where your applications are actually going for a week, and only then commit.
If you are mid-career and already tired of applying, skip the tools entirely. TrySideDoor finds the hiring manager for every relevant role and emails them from your own inbox. See how it works at TrySideDoor.
Frequently asked questions
Do auto apply tools work on Naukri?
Most global tools, including LazyApply, LoopCV, Jobright and Sonara, are built around US and European job boards and do not list Naukri support. India-built extensions such as Fillix do. Check the supported platforms before you pay.
Is auto-applying safe for my LinkedIn account?
It carries real risk. LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits bots and automated activity, and accounts that apply at high volume through automation can be restricted. Tools that apply through company career pages, or that only autofill while you click submit, avoid most of this risk.
What is the cheapest auto apply tool?
LoopCV has a free plan that genuinely auto-applies. Among paid tools, LazyApply’s Basic plan at $99 a year is the lowest cost, but it is billed a full year upfront with no free trial. Simplify is free, but it only autofills.
Are auto apply tools worth it for mid-career professionals?
Usually less than for freshers. Mid-career roles are filled through referrals and direct conversations more often than through mass applications. If you have already sent 100+ applications without replies, more volume rarely fixes it; reaching the hiring manager directly does. That is exactly what TrySideDoor does for you.
Do employers know you used an auto apply tool?
Applications sent through these tools generally look like normal submissions in an applicant tracking system. What recruiters do notice is a generic resume that does not match the role, which is the main risk of applying at high volume.
The takeaway
Auto apply tools solve a real problem: applying is tedious, and software can do the clicking. Pick the right type for your search, start on a free plan, and watch the quality of what goes out. But if you have already applied to hundreds of roles and the replies are not coming, the bottleneck is not how many applications you send. It is that none of them reach a person. That is what TrySideDoor is built to fix: we put your profile in front of the actual hiring manager, from your own inbox, and if you do not hear back within 21 days, that month is on us.
