Our NxtJob review in one line: it is worth it for a senior professional with 10+ years of experience who wants a structured, coached job search and can pay ₹74,999 to ₹2,99,999 plus GST upfront. It is a poor fit if you want outreach sent for you, or need a way out: its plans are non-refundable.

What is NxtJob and who is it for?
NxtJob is an AI job search platform for experienced professionals in India and abroad. It bundles nine AI agents (job discovery, resume tailoring, outreach drafts, LinkedIn posts, mock interviews, salary prep) with optional human coaching. Its own site says it is built for people with 10+ years of experience, from senior managers to CXOs.
The pitch is that most good roles are never advertised, so you need to find them on company career pages and reach decision-makers directly. NxtJob says its job search agent scans 4M+ career pages and that it reaches “the other 70%” of jobs that are never publicly listed.
There are two ways to use it:
Software only: you run the search yourself with the AI agents for a year (the Nova plan).
Software plus coaching: a 90-day or 180-day programme where coaches and the NxtJob team prepare materials and hold you to a weekly plan (Job Force One and Sw!tch).
How much does NxtJob cost in 2026?
As of October 2026, NxtJob has a free trial and three paid plans: Nova at ₹74,999, Job Force One at ₹1,49,999 and Sw!tch at ₹2,99,999. All three are one-time fees and all exclude 18% GST, so the real cost is about ₹88,499, ₹1,76,999 and ₹3,53,999.

A few details from the pricing page FAQ that matter before you pay:
No auto-renewal. Every plan is a one-time purchase with a fixed term.
EMI is available on Job Force One and Sw!tch (12-month no-cost EMI through a payment partner). Nova is a single payment.
Sw!tch is gated. NxtJob says it is for leaders with 15+ years of experience and packages of ₹60 lakh or more, aiming at Director, VP or CXO roles.
Your data stays. Resumes, trackers and history remain in your account after the term ends.
What do NxtJob’s nine AI agents actually do?
NxtJob’s nine agents each handle one part of a job search: strategy, finding roles, tailoring your resume, drafting outreach, building pitch decks, writing LinkedIn posts, mock interviews and salary negotiation, with a ninth agent (Nova) coordinating the rest. They draft and suggest; you still review, send and follow up yourself.

The important word is “drafts”. On the Nova plan, the Networker agent writes the message, but you decide who gets it, send it, track replies and chase the ones who go quiet. Does NxtJob guarantee a job or a refund?
No. NxtJob does not guarantee a job, and its refund page says all software plans are non-refundable “under any circumstances”. The coaching programme has no refund policy either. Its one promise: if you follow every weekly task and do not land a job within 3 months, NxtJob keeps working with you for free.

The continued-service promise is useful, but read the condition. “Follow all the weekly tasks” is the test, and the refund page does not say how that is checked. If you know you will struggle to keep up with a weekly plan alongside a full-time job, treat the guarantee as weak.
What do NxtJob reviews say about results?
NxtJob reviews on Trustpilot are mostly positive: a 4.4 TrustScore from 239 reviews as of October 2026, with 85% five-star and 8% one-star. Happy reviewers praise the structure, mentors and interview prep. Unhappy ones mention high fees, slow refund replies, hard-to-reach staff and no results after months.
The positive reviews tend to describe:

Trustpilot also notes that NxtJob has not replied to negative reviews there. None of this makes NxtJob a scam. It is a real company with real customers. It does mean you should go in expecting to do the work yourself and knowing the money is not coming back.
Is NxtJob worth it? Who it helps and who it doesn’t
NxtJob is worth it if you are senior, have time each week, want coaching and accountability, and can afford ₹88,499 or more including GST without needing a refund. It is not worth it if your main problem is that nobody replies, and you want that outreach done for you rather than drafted for you.

Use the free trial with a real target role. NxtJob’s trial needs no card and gives you all nine agents on limited credits, so you can judge the quality of the resume rewrite and outreach drafts before spending ₹74,999 or more. Decide in advance what result would justify paying.
